A small team with a narrow focus

This project began as internal workshop notes for locals who found mainstream wellbeing material too polished and hard to use. We kept what was practical and dropped the hype.

Brand history in brief

2019: first paper worksheets for small peer groups in Christchurch.

2021: moved to digital guides with NZ English wording and shorter prompts.

2024: launched this public website with transparent policy pages and open contact details.

Working process

Step A

Collect anonymous wording from user notes.

Step B

Remove assumptions and strong claims.

Step C

Publish examples as general educational material.

Operational Q&A

Do you offer emergency support?

No. The project is informational and not an emergency or crisis service.

Do you store private journals?

Only if you submit a contact form message. We do not run personal diary hosting.

Community charter snapshot

We write in clear, everyday wording and avoid inflated claims. If a sentence sounds sales-heavy, we rewrite it.
